17. Wear gloves when packing materials, waste materials and molds, so as not to scratch hands.

18. When there is oil, it must be cleaned in time to avoid slipping and falling.

19. It is forbidden to wear gloves when drilling and milling machine; Wear a mask and eye shield to protect yourself when using the grinder.

20. Pay attention to dragging the mold to prevent it from falling to the ground (to pull the mold with the flat cart on the lowest level).

21. Non-electrician personnel are strictly prohibited from connecting and maintaining the machine.

22. It is strictly prohibited to blow wind guns at people, which may hurt eyes.

23. Operators should wear earplugs.

24. If the machine is abnormal, first turn off the power and then ask the technician on duty to deal with it. Do not handle it without permission.

25. On the first day of work for new employees, the team leader must explain the safe operation rules to them and learn the safe operation rules once a day for the first week.

26. When adjusting the machine, be sure to adjust the machine to single action. It is strictly prohibited to play the continuous movement of the discharging belt.

27. No inflammable and explosive articles can be stored under the switch.

28. Operators are strictly prohibited from chasing after each other in the workshop to avoid falling, knocking down products or injuring themselves.

29. Check the equipment according to the check content on the equipment spot check card. Pay special attention to whether the guide and brake devices of the punch press operate normally, and have distinct functions of single punch and continuous punch.

30. When installing the mold on the small punch press (10T), first loosen the locking device of the guide rail, install the upper and lower die, and then adjust the travel of the guide rail until it meets the requirements and locks the fixing device tightly. In addition, when the high punching die is placed, the single stroke stroke must be hit, after the upper die is locked, the lower die is locked after the oil pressure locking, and check again before production. ,

31. Special tools (pliers and hooks) must be used when discharging or manually sending or taking embryos. It is strictly prohibited to send or take embryos by hand. Single switch hurts hands. Double switch. The machine must not leak oil, or it will fall down. The power supply should not be exposed, it is dangerous.

32. Wear gloves and concentrate when stamping iron sheets, otherwise you will hurt your hands.

33. At work, first check whether there is any abnormality in the operation of the equipment, such as single, even unclear, dysfunctional operation or electrical fault, immediately stop and find the technician on duty to deal with it.

34. The foot switch is strictly prohibited in the punch press, and all the original parts of the machine are removed.

35. When cleaning and checking the device, cut off the power supply before operating.

36. Cut off the power supply, clean and scrub the working table, remove the mold for maintenance and storage, and check the lubricating system oil regularly every Monday.
