We started in 2015. In just over a decade, we have grown from a single workshop into a comprehensive manufacturing operation spanning 36,200 square metres of production space across multiple specialised facilities in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. Today, MYWAY Metal is a recognised name in the global fastener industry – a company that doesn’t just make parts, but engineers connections that hold industries together.

Our Manufacturing Footprint
MYWAY Metal operates four specialised manufacturing facilities, each dedicated to a specific product category. This isn’t just about scale – it’s about focus. Nut Manufacturing Workshop
Our nut manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square metres and is staffed by approximately 45 experienced technicians. With an annual production capacity exceeding 20,000 tons, this workshop is equipped with 28 multi‑station automatic cold heading machines, 42 thread rolling and tapping machines, and one advanced spheroidising annealing furnace.
What makes this facility exceptional?
First, we developed our own patented wire rod pay‑off rack for nut production – a self‑designed innovation that reduces lifting height and speeds up loading. We have also independently developed a patented spheroidizing annealing furnace for fastener steel, which we’ll translate: we have also independently developed a patented spheroidising annealing furnace for fastener steel, officially authorised by China’s National Intellectual Property Office. These aren’t just talking points – they’re tangible evidence of our engineering capability.
Our cold heading process is where the magic happens. At room temperature, high‑quality wire rod is subjected to tremendous pressure – up to 2,000–2,500 MPa – and flows like liquid inside the die, forming instantly. Cut, ball, corner, punch, final shape – five steps, one quick motion. This is cold heading at its finest: material utilisation exceeding 95%, continuous metal grain structure for superior strength, and production speeds that traditional machining simply cannot match.
Every nut then undergoes precision tapping on our 42 machines, ensuring perfect thread fit with every mating bolt. Two advanced optical sorting machines inspect every single dimension. In our mechanical lab, a hardness tester and a tensile tester verify that every nut performs exactly as required.
And here’s something you won’t find at every fastener factory: we led the creation of the industry standard for “Track bolts and nuts”. We don’t just follow standards – we help write them.
Bolt Manufacturing Workshop
Our bolt manufacturing facility covers approximately 10,700 square metres and employs more than 40 skilled workers, with a daily production capacity of 28 tons – that’s over 10,000 tons annually.
What can we make? Hex bolts, hex flange bolts, carriage bolts, socket head cap bolts, machine screws, and more. We produce to ISO, DIN, ASME, and other global standards. Materials include grade 4.8, 8.8, 10.9 carbon steel, as well as 304 and 316 stainless steel.
The workshop is equipped with 14 new multi‑station cold heading machines and 15 high‑speed thread rolling machines. Our continuous wire drawing lines operate at several metres per second, maintaining diameter tolerances within a fraction of a hair’s thickness.
Every year, we consume approximately 10,000 tons of high‑quality steel – all sourced from major domestic mills. From raw coil to finished bolt, every step is controlled, measured, and verified.
Screw Manufacturing Workshop
Our screw manufacturing facility occupies 5,000 square metres – 3,000 square metres of production space and 2,000 square metres of packaging area. With 33 experienced employees, we consume 6,000 tons of raw materials annually and produce 500 tons of screws per month.
This is our highest‑volume operation – equipped with 83 multi‑station cold heading machines, 80 high‑speed thread rolling machines, and 6 tail clamping machines.
The cold heading process here is identical in principle but optimised for screw production: room‑temperature forming under 2,000–2,500 MPa of pressure, material utilisation exceeding 95%, and metal grain structures that deliver superior strength.
Our thread rolling process produces self‑tapping threads with deeper, sharper profiles – ensuring screws can easily drive into substrates and form reliable connections. We follow DIN 7500, ISO 14585, and other international standards.
Every screw undergoes heat treatment (quenching and tempering to balance surface hardness with core toughness), surface treatment (phosphating, zinc plating, or Dacromet), and rigorous finished product inspection covering torque, driving speed, size, hardness, and salt spray testing.
Our warehouse maintains approximately 500 tons in stock, though we primarily operate on a make‑to‑order basis – ensuring freshness, traceability, and on‑time delivery.
Threaded Rod and Stud Workshop
Our threaded rod and stud facility has been operating since 2001, covering approximately 9,200 square metres with 32 experienced employees and an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons.
What can we make? Fully threaded rods, U‑bolts, anchor bolts, stud bolts, chemical bolts, and all kinds of non‑standard parts. We customise to German (DIN), British (BSW), American (ANSI/ASME), and other international standards. Materials include carbon steel (Q235, Q195, 45#), stainless steel (SS304, SS316), and brass.
The workshop features 4 continuous wire drawing machines, 8 professional straighteners, and 42 high‑speed thread rolling machines. Annual raw material consumption is approximately 8,000 tons.
Our heat treatment process – quenching and tempering – adjusts hardness and toughness based on customer strength grade requirements. Surface treatment options include white zinc, colour zinc, hot‑dip galvanising, black oxide, Dacromet, and Teflon – covering everything from basic rust protection to high‑corrosion applications.
Five professional testing machines and strict ISO 9001 quality management system compliance ensure that every threaded rod meets specifications. Our finished goods warehouse spans 1,500 square metres with approximately 300 tons in stock for rapid response to customer orders.
