The principle of stainless steel nut is to use the sliding friction between stainless steel nut and anchor bolt to carry out locking. Under load, however, the stability of such locking is reduced.

What are the points when stainless steel nuts are used?

(1) Screw caps must be unscrewed vertically by the center line of the screw, avoid deviation;

(2) In the whole process of tightening, the reaction force must be symmetrical, the force can not exceed the safety torque;

(3) try to use kneading wrench or socket wrench, to prevent the application of adjustable wrench or electric wrench;

(4) Be sure to refrigerate when applied at high temperature, and it is not necessary to rotate quickly when applied, in case the temperature rises sharply and locks up.
